About Me
"Life is short, travel far..."
This is not only the motto for my travel company but also a mantra for the way I live my life.
I am a seeker and lifelong learner
with a daily passion of wanting to always explore both my inner and outer world.
I have followed my bliss for as long as I can remember
and feel my life continues to manifest my dreams in wonderful and surprising ways.
I am passionate about travel and have traveled to over 55 countries to date. Ten years ago,
I created my own tour company "Live Laugh Love Tours" out of my deep love
of exploration and my desire to share my favorite parts of the world with others.
I am also a professional pianist, music director, and theater producer.
Creating shows around topics of social justice is a current passion of mine. Music and Theater are such powerful tools for change and I will never stop working in this creative arena to try and make a difference.
Being near or in the ocean is my daily ritual and I find great joy in photography, composing, and painting.
I deeply love my family and friends and consider them to be the most valuable assets I have in my life.
And yes, I have a cat named Milo, who is my guardian angel and furry soulmate.
Professionalism and Experience
Awakening people to their fullest creative potential has been a big part of my life for over 30 years.
From my many years of teaching in the classroom as an English teacher and Communications professor, to my work as a Music Director, Theater producer, and Tour director, navigating people down a journey of finding their 'heart's home' is truly a passion of mine.
I am also a certified Wellness Counselor, a Reiki master and a certified Intuitive Guide.
I recently completed over 100 hours of coaching training at CTI (Coaches Training Institute), the world's leading institution in coach training and had the honor of working with some of the country's very best teachers and leaders in this field.
I am excited to begin integrating
both my education and life experiences in my coaching practice with you.

Committing to a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle is just that – a commitment, and it’s one that I will continue to support you with as your coach.
Our phone sessions will often feel 'fun and playful' as we work on exploring perspectives,
life purpose and values.
Some sessions may also feel more introspective and quiet as I may require you to be more still and go 'inside' a bit with visualizations, brainstorming exercises and journaling.
There will always be a feeling that you are on a journey, and an exciting one at that.
